Hey Softies!!!!!!!

Surveys have been SENT OUT to all who completed their payments! This is how you pick which plushies you want and add on anyone you want!

If you did not complete your payment: Please do so ASAP! Dropping pledges for a campaign takes a big toll on the artist, the amount of unpaid pledges is quite high this time. Please do not be a part of this problem! You can also reach out to [email protected] to resolve payment issues!

Pre-order store is also OPEN for all who missed the campaign entirely!! Do not use the store if you pledged -- you can add anyone you want onto your pledge and save on shipping!

If you have any questions about surveys or preorders, PLEASE read these before emailing or commenting -- thanks so much!!

1. When are you locking surveys?: We plan to lock them and close the campaign in late January! There is no hurry to fill out your survey. We will give ample warning before surveys are closed. 
2. Where is my survey?: If you failed to pay for your pledge on time, or chose the Pay Over Time option, you do not receive your survey until your payments are completed. Otherwise, you can find it here: https://www.backerkit.com/c/users/active_projects 
3. How come I already got charged/locked?: You selected the option to be charged and locked right away when filling the survey out.
4. Can we see more photos and finished prototypes before deciding?: Yes, you will hopefully see those in the next few months, long before you have to finish your survey! There is no rush to fill out your survey. 
5. I have a question about my pledge/order or shipping costs: Campaign prices, especially shipping costs, have been kept as low as possible while reflecting the actual fulfillment center and carrier costs. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to email customer service at [email protected] 
6. I have a payment or technical problem: Any payment issues/errors or address errors should be sent to [email protected]. Backerkit is best suited to help you with those issues as the LittleSofts team has no control over them.

Hey Softies!!!!!!!

The campaign ends IN EIGHT HOURS! And I just wanted to say thank you so, so much for a fun three weeks....especially everyone who clicked on every email and update... 😭✨

BIG HUGS plushies are very special to me, one of my favorites to make, and I have been working on these unique, rare animal shapes for the entire year. I wasn't sure how shapes like Falcon, Kangaroo, or Faedragon would turn out, but I am super happy and I hope you love them too. I really want to keep making more and more BIG HUGS plush, including the Fund-A-Soft protoypes, and other Thunderdome runner ups!

✨✨✨What critters would you like to see in a future campaign?? Comment them below, we'll get your choices added to my big masterlist!!✨✨✨

Once the campaign ends, we will wait 1-2 weeks before sending out surveys, so just hang tight for those! You'll be able to pick anyone you want, but bundles and discount prices will not be available for adding at that point, so make sure you get your bundles today before 11 pm EST!!

As usual for prototypes...a few notes before we look upon this cutie!!

🐾This is just a first pass, edited with revisions. Please understand that we are still early in the prototyping process and this is not the final product! The plushmaking team rushed it just for us and I am so incredibly grateful to them. Even with limited time they did well, so please let’s not criticize their work.

🐾Colors, shapes, etc, are all unfinished and also not photographed in the best lighting or from the best angles. Just look at my other plush work and if you like it, you will like this too!
